The interiors of the building are designed by the renowned Piero Lissoni and Michel Abboud. They feature abundant natural light and are divided into three classifications: Loft, Tower, and Penthouse Residences. Higher units boast panoramic views of the Statue of Liberty and World Trade Center to the south, the Hudson River to the west, and Midtown Manhattan and the Empire State Building to the north.
The amenity spaces were also designed by Piero Lissoni and include a 50-foot indoor lap pool (as well as a relaxation lounge area and a large private cedarwood sauna), a children’s playroom, a fitness center with a mirrored yoga studio, and a residents’ lounge. The building is close to many major subway lines and is just a few blocks from the World Trade Center complex.
