Olympia Dumbo touts impressive design, expansive amenities, outdoor space, and one-of-a-kind views of both Manhattan and Brooklyn. The 26-story mixed-use building is being developed by Fortis Property Group.
Located between the Brooklyn and Manhattan bridges, Olympia Dumbo is located on the site of a former triangle-shaped lot that was purchased from the Jehovah’s Witnesses for $91.1 million in December 2018 and represented the organization’s last property holding in DUMBO.
The developers of Olympia Dumbo are angling for new neighborhood pricing records, asking up to $16M and $3,746 ppsf, and targeting a total sellout of $375M. The Eklund Gomes Team at Douglas Elliman is handling the sales launch.
Olympia Dumbo offers 76 residential units (said to be “hand-crafted homes” on the project’s website), which range from one to five bedrooms, including penthouses. Because of the location and unique shape, homes on the upper floors will have unobstructed waterfront views.
With architecture by Hill West Architects, Olympia Dumbo features a distinctive sail-inspired shape that is a reflection of the site’s unique triangular shape. The interiors by Workstead are said to evoke a color palette that is reminiscent of DUMBO’s maritime and industrial past.
Olympia Dumbo has 38,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor amenities, including a swimming pool and tennis court.
