25 Park Row is the city’s newest COOKFOX condo, an ode to Art Deco architecture bordering City Hall Park.
25 Park Row is a new condominium with striking architecture that is defined by cascading terraces, setbacks, and loggias. Designed by COOKFOX Architects, the 50-story development is a reinterpretation of “the classic art deco tower.” Located adjacent to City Hall Park, 25 Park Row was designed to complement the surrounding architecture and with expansive windows that maximize views from the 110 one- to five-bedroom residences.
Commissioned by L+M Development Partners in 2015, construction of 25 Park Row commenced in 2019. According to the original offering plan, pricing for residences ranges from $1.62M to $25M with an average asking per square foot price of $2,178.
25 Park Row has a full suite of amenities — aptly named The Park Row Club. Designed by Studio Mellone he club boasts a 65-foot-long mosaic pool encased in walls of mirrors. Additional amenity spaces includes a 14-seat dining room, a library, a playroom, and a double height fitness center with park views.
