Seaport Residences is the all-glass condominium tower planned at 161 Maiden Lane that is currently stalled. Originally named One Seaport, developer Fortis Property Group commenced construction of the Hill West Architects-designed development in 2014 but construction stalled in 2020 after issues with the superstructure led to a recognizable three-inch lean. The project has since been re-branded and construction of the 57-story tower is still on pause.
